Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and driven Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineers to join our expanding team. This role offers opportunities to engage in varied and challenging building services projects, helping you enhance your technical and professional expertise amid a supportive, dynamic workplace emphasizing teamwork and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop schematic, conceptual, and detailed designs for M&E systems related to building services.
- Prepare tender drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimations for projects.
- Compile technical reports, conduct tender assessments, and handle project documentation.
- Participate in project and site meetings, inspections to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities on project-related matters.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals.
- Manage contract administration and oversee project coordination activities.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
- Perform testing and commissioning for both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Undertake any additional tasks linked to project delivery and execution as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of pertinent experience in M&E building services consultancy; candidates with substantial experience may be considered for senior roles.
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Strong understanding of engineering design and building services systems.
- Knowledge of local codes of practice and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
- Competency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software is favorable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Proactive team player with solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
Salary will be determined based on qualifications and prior experience.
Working Details
Location: Singapore (Offices at Eunos, Paya Lebar, Geylang in the East Region)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
