Role Overview and Responsibilities
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal by maintaining comprehensive records of bid submissions, including bid IDs, submission dates, branch details, and accountable executives. This role involves documenting bid outcomes, analyzing reasons for unsuccessful bids, and initiating corrective measures. Effective coordination with Branch Heads is essential to ensure prompt action on successful bids.
Additionally, the incumbent will handle detailed data management tasks, preparing accurate and timely Daily Performance Reports, keeping track of market visit reports from executives, and monitoring lead generation efforts carried out by telecallers across branches.
To support financial efficiency, the MIS Executive will actively pursue outstanding payments from government departments, reconcile payments against pending invoices, and contribute towards minimizing working capital strain.
Regarding order fulfillment, the role requires timely receipt and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring that advance payments are confirmed before processing orders, and orchestrating the allocation of resources and logistic arrangements to guarantee smooth and punctual delivery.
