Role Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of solutions, architecture design, coding efforts, and complex debugging for full stack applications.
- Ensure team adherence to documented engineering processes, standards, and best development practices.
- Conduct and supervise unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to verify functional and technical compliance.
- Offer third-line production support including detailed root cause analysis of critical incidents.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using AngularJS, .NET, C#, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript technologies.
- Design high-performing, user-centric interfaces that are secure and scalable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify, design, and deliver superior features.
- Troubleshoot intricate issues across multiple application layers and mentor team members in problem-solving techniques.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their integration potential within the platform.
- Promote AI-assisted development practices to enhance engineering productivity, improve code quality, documentation, and implement responsible AI coding tool usage policies.
- Guide the team in utilizing prompt engineering methods for coding tasks such as generation, refactoring, tests, debugging, and optimization.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as a full stack developer or technical lead.
- Proficient with AngularJS, ASP.NET Web API, MVC, C#, ADO.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Minimum 5 years experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- 5+ years of expertise in writing sophisticated relational DB queries, stored procedures, and database views.
- At least 5 years working with Azure cloud services including Functions, Cosmos DB, and App Services.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies using Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Familiar with source control systems such as TFS or Git.
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles and object-oriented design patterns.
- Experienced with unit testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.
- Hands-on with AI-powered development tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot) integrated into daily workflows.
- Skilled in crafting effective software development prompts (Prompt Engineering).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.js.
- Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and containerization.
- Background in automated testing tools and implementing test automation strategies.
- Exposure to AI-driven engineering metrics and initiatives aimed at productivity enhancements.

Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
