About the Company
IIQAF Group, operating in the hospital and healthcare sector, is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team to enhance patient care capabilities within our healthcare facility.
Role Overview
The Nursing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting clinical staff by aiding patients in their everyday health needs and assisting with various medical support duties. This position is well-suited for healthcare professionals aiming for careers in patient care assistance within hospital settings across Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct assistance to nursing and medical staff in delivering patient care activities.
- Support patient hygiene, nutritional intake, and mobility needs to improve daily living.
- Observe, measure, and document vital signs and other patient parameters accurately.
- Ensure cleanliness and apply infection prevention protocols in patient environments.
- Facilitate patient transfers and offer mobility assistance safely.
- Prepare and organize patient rooms and keep medical instruments and supplies ready for use.
- Maintain thorough and precise records of patient care and treatment documentation.
- Offer compassionate emotional support to enhance patient comfort and wellbeing.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and hospital safety standards meticulously.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a diploma or certification related to Nursing Assistance, Healthcare Support, or similar fields.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical healthcare environment is preferable.
- Good understanding of patient care methodologies and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within healthcare teams.
- A patient-centered approach with empathy towards those under care.
- Availability to work flexible hours including shifts as needed.
- Immediate joining readiness is an advantage.
Additional Details
Salary: SAR 7,500 to SAR 8,500 per month.
Job Type: Full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh.
