Overview
As an Operation Executive at Aspera Technologies based in Solapur, Maharashtra, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operational workflows by collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate efficiently with internal departments to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain precise records and routinely update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with relevant data.
- Prepare and verify various operational documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to obtain pending documents and necessary approvals for smooth processing.
- Assist in operational aspects related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) registrations and compliance processes.
- Engage with government agencies and external vendors as required to facilitate operational activities.
- Compile daily work reports and manage Management Information System (MIS) documentation.
- Address and resolve client inquiries promptly while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
