Overview
This position is based at our office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and is open to candidates residing locally with up to 1 year of experience. The monthly salary range for this role is between 13,000 and 15,000 INR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and promote digital content including posts, videos, stories, and related multimedia on both company and client platforms, offline and online.
- Meet specific targets for scheduling, sharing, posting, and broadcasting across social media channels to attract and engage users while maintaining quality standards.
- Track social media account performance metrics, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements to enhance communication and outreach.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintaining reports and documentation such as sheets and logs.
- Monitor productivity, update content designs regularly, and check digital channels for messages and notifications.
- Manage the online reputation by responding promptly to feedback and ensuring social media interactions are timely and professional.
- Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and social media managers to coordinate creative briefs and approve final outputs.
- Supervise team productivity, monitor contributions and assess performance to ensure rewards and compensation are fairly administered.
- Implement total quality management principles to foster a productive working environment aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Devise strategic plans to enhance KPI scalability and optimize team efficiency.
- Address disciplinary matters, work alongside senior management, and stay informed about the latest industry developments and innovations.
- Create digital marketing assets, conduct research on trending hashtags, and share relevant content in target groups to increase engagement.
- Prepare social media captions featuring hashtags, contact information, and links to media for sharing.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with team members, management, and clients to track progress and ensure commitment adherence.
- Manage compliance within the team, handle grievances sensitively, and resolve conflicts openly.
