About the Role
AMMO NYC is seeking a meticulously organized and proactive Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join their team remotely, with an expectation to attend quarterly in-person meetings. This position requires an individual who is dependable, highly responsive, and comfortable managing responsibilities independently within a systems-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails maintaining alignment with a premium, detail-focused brand voice.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product usage, orders, shipping, and tracking.
- Manage order adjustments including address changes, application of promo codes, gift card usage, and general support.
- Escalate customer service issues as necessary.
- Generate weekly inventory reports via Shopify and identify low stock or reorder requirements.
- Maintain organized, accurate product and order data.
- Assist company leadership in operational reporting and analysis tasks.
- Support email marketing efforts by monitoring campaign performance, identifying issues or opportunities for improvement, and aiding daily marketing activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills tailored for email correspondence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
- Quick proficiency with new software and technological systems.
- Problem-solving mindset, enjoying independent resolution of challenges.
- Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms is strongly favored.
- Background in customer service, e-commerce, or operations management.
- Interest in the automotive or car care industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
