About the Role
As an Operations Executive at Cult.Fit, you will oversee day-to-day operations within our fitness centers, aiming to ensure an excellent customer experience. Your role will emphasize streamlining operational workflows, managing logistics, and supporting staff and customers effectively. Collaboration with multiple teams to implement efficiency-boosting strategies that align with Cult.Fit's vision of making fitness easily accessible will be key.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete vendor coordination for spare parts, ensuring timely deliveries and communication.
- Maintain organized documentation of orders, stock inventories, and vendor communications for easy accessibility and analysis.
- Monitor and track spare parts inventory to prevent stock-outs, placing reorder requests aligned with usage patterns.
- Perform reconciliations and manage dispatch processes to guarantee order dispatch within 24 hours of receipt.
- Take ownership of issues that arise and resolve them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
