Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager with extensive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. This pivotal role offers exposure to a wide array of consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, providing opportunities to make impactful contributions to their growth and efficiency. This position is remote and contracted on a 1099 basis.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, fostering strong relationships and delivering successful outcomes for both clients and Bravo CPG.
• Support or supervise Operations Associates and Assistants, working closely with the Director of Operations.
• Manage supply planning processes leveraging established demand planning tools and sales & operations planning (S&OP) procedures.
• Oversee wholesale order fulfillment from purchase order receipt through delivery and, when necessary, invoicing.
• Collaborate with external partners including co-manufacturers, suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and warehouses.
• Source and procure raw materials and coordinate their delivery to manufacturing or co-manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and components across various locations.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight logistics, soliciting competitive quotes to secure optimal rates.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.
• Create and manage operational KPI tracking tools (e.g., Cost of Goods Sold, On-Time In-Full performance).
• Collect data and provide insightful analysis and reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvements across operations, logistics, and supply chain functions.
• Maintain and optimize operational models and tools to improve efficiency.

• Possesses 5 or more years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management within the CPG industry.
• Available to commit at least 15 hours per week.
