We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack affiliate for the position of Operations Specialist based in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Monitor and manage workflows, assess site performance metrics, and communicate essential shift details to shift and area managers.
Guide and train staff to reach optimal performance levels while overseeing their daily activities.
Support shift and area managers in initiatives to enhance processes, ensure workplace safety, and boost employee involvement.
Work closely with various departments to address shared challenges and fulfill performance objectives.
Apply data analytical techniques to discover opportunities for improving safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Proficient written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the following languages: German, English, Arabic.
Experience in utilizing data analytics for problem detection and resolution.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Background in managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining professional connections.
Operational experience in sectors such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.

A 30% additional bonus for night shifts when applicable.
