Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to work with our team in Hyderabad. The role calls for a professional who can handle both the business and technical sides of Oracle HRMS, with practical involvement in implementation, support, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Oracle HRMS work across functional and technical areas.
• Support implementation activities, ongoing support, and enhancement requests.
• Work with core HR, payroll, self-service HR, and benefits modules.
• Participate in end-to-end HRMS implementation efforts where required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage discussions effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in an Oracle HRMS techno-functional capacity.
• Practical exposure to Core HR, Payroll, SSHR (Self-Service HR), and Benefits.
• Background in implementation and support assignments.
• Strong analytical ability and clear communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
• Good stakeholder handling skills.
