Oracle PRM Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Consultant based in Saudi Arabia to architect, configure, and deploy Oracle PRM solutions tailored to meet the strategic needs of business and partner relationship management.

Key Duties

• Design and execute Oracle PRM implementations aligned with business goals.
• Set up partner portals and workflows for deal registration and lead management processes.
• Customize the entire partner journey, from onboarding and segmentation through enablement and ongoing management.
• Define partner structures, user permissions, and roles to ensure secure access and hierarchy management.
• Integrate Oracle PRM with related systems such as Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Oracle E-Business Suite or Fusion ERP, and marketing automation tools.
• Maintain accurate and synchronized partner data via master data management practices.
• Create comprehensive dashboards and reports measuring partner KPIs, sales funnel status, and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to convert requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Lead testing phases, user training sessions, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and provide operational guidelines.

Experience & Skills Required

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle PRM implementation and configuration.
• Thorough knowledge of partner lifecycle management, channel sales methodologies, and partner program operations.
• Experience managing partner portals, deal registrations, lead assignments, and access control configurations.
• Demonstrated ability in integrating Oracle PRM with Oracle Sales Cloud, CPQ, and enterprise ERP systems.
• Proficiency with APIs, data migration, synchronization, and master data management.
• Strong ability to develop reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and analysis.
• Excellent communicator and problem solver with proven stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering Oracle solutions within complex enterprise environments.
