This position requires up to 50% travel within the U.S., and applicants must reside within an hour of a major airport. Currently, hiring is restricted to candidates living in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, and WA with plans to expand to additional states in the future.

Role Overview

We seek a highly organized, technology-proficient Implementation Specialist to lead clinic onboarding to the Adoreal platform. The role involves detailed project management, coordination between internal teams and clinics, software setup, digitizing workflows, data migration, and staff training. You will be the primary contact ensuring that the onboarding process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between Adoreal and partner clinics throughout onboarding.
Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate data migration from clinics’ existing systems, ensuring data alignment with Adoreal’s analytics framework.
Support installation and configuration of Adoreal’s EMR and CRM software systems.
Manage project timelines alongside monitoring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Coordinate efforts among internal technical, CRM, and training teams as well as clinic stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
Identify risks, provide timely status updates, and promptly resolve any emerging challenges.
Train clinic personnel to effectively adopt new systems, including creation and delivery of onboarding documentation, training guides, and resource materials.
Oversee post-implementation adoption and provide continued support as required.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

A minimum of 7 years’ experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination, preferably in small or growing ambulatory EMR/EHR companies rather than large hospital-system enterprises.
Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting EMR and CRM systems in outpatient or ambulatory clinical environments such as private practices or specialty clinics.
Successful track record of independently managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects within lean teams, owning the process end-to-end.
In-depth knowledge of ambulatory healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and HIPAA compliance.
Experience creating and conducting training for clinical and administrative staff, developing original training materials without relying on pre-existing corporate programs.
Ensure that all implementations comply fully with legal and regulatory standards surrounding data management and access controls.
