Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact managing a portfolio of referral partners post sales transition.
- Lead partners through onboarding, implementation, activation, and ongoing account management.

- Perform regular partner evaluations, identify challenges, and proactively implement improvements.
- Design and refine referral workflows to ensure simplicity, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines.
- Between 3 to 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Healthcare Operations, or comparable roles.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and fostering growth.
- Preferred experience in healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or similarly regulated industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of partner relationship management, referral workflows, and customer engagement methodologies.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, partner management tools, and digital collaboration technologies.
- Experience leveraging AI platforms like ChatGPT or Claude to optimize workflows, analyze data, and create content.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video conferencing, marketing automation, and form-building tools.
- Strong analytical aptitude, organizational capabilities, communication proficiency, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail.
- Problem-solving orientation with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and process improvement.
