About the Role
Jay Jay Mills (India) Private Limited is seeking a skilled Pattern Technician to join their Sample Department located at Sipcot, Perundurai, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect garment patterns and assess samples through fitting sessions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sample room staff, merchandising teams, and other cross-functional departments.
- Identify technical challenges during the sample development process and work towards effective solutions.
- Ensure all samples comply with buyer specifications and uphold quality benchmarks.
Candidate Profile
- Comprehensive understanding of garment construction, measurements, fitting techniques, and interpreting patterns accurately.
- Excellent communication abilities combined with strong coordination skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
