Role Overview

The position is a full-time, on-site PC Builder role located in Riyadh. Responsibilities involve assembling custom gaming and high-performance PCs by carefully selecting compatible parts, installing hardware components, and ensuring efficient cable management for clean builds. Daily tasks include setting up operating systems and drivers, conducting stress and quality tests, and troubleshooting hardware or performance issues before delivering products to customers.

The role requires coordination with sales and customer service teams to accurately understand build specifications, provide expert advice on component selection, and assist with after-sales upgrades and repairs. Additionally, the PC Builder must maintain a tidy workspace, adhere to safety and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols, keep detailed build records, and stay informed about the latest gaming hardware trends and Geekay Group's product lineup.

Qualifications

• Expertise in assembling PC hardware including selecting and installing CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage devices, cooling systems, and performing cable routing.
• Competence in installing operating systems, configuring BIOS/UEFI, and driver setup for gaming and productivity computers.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware and performance problems through diagnostics, stability testing, and component repairs or replacements.
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand user requirements, explain technical details understandably, and provide excellent after-sales support.
• High attention to detail ensuring that builds are neat, safe, and meet company quality and brand standards.
• Knowledge of current PC gaming trends, reputable hardware brands, and performance demands of popular software and games.
• Ability to work effectively on-site within a retail or workshop setting, handle multiple assembly orders, and collaborate well with sales and technical teams.
• Prior experience in PC building or IT-related roles is preferred.
