About the Role
TMRW House of Brands is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate based in Bangalore with 2 to 5 years of experience. The role focuses on developing data-driven marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute data-informed performance marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and revenue.
- Perform detailed audience research and segmentation to deliver tailored messaging and offers to target segments.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to uncover patterns and inform optimizations.
- Apply A/B testing and experimentation methods to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion processes.
- Work alongside creative teams to produce compelling advertising materials.
- Provide comprehensive reports and insights to stakeholders, emphasizing important metrics and suggestions for improvement.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 4 years of verifiable experience in performance marketing within e-commerce or digital marketing sectors.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including Google Ads (paid search), Facebook and Instagram ads (paid social), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Practical knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable strategies for optimization.
- Proficient in A/B testing, experimentation approaches, and conversion rate optimization.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-focused with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is advantageous.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage or CleverTap is a bonus.
