About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. This role involves designing and executing performance test plans using tools such as Load Runner and JMeter, analyzing outcomes to identify bottlenecks, and collaborating closely with development teams to embed performance testing throughout the software development life cycle. Utilizing Dynatrace for application monitoring and diagnostics will be vital to maintaining optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive performance testing plans with Load Runner and JMeter.
Interpret test data to uncover performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
Work alongside software developers to integrate testing protocols into agile workflows.
Leverage Dynatrace tools to supervise and analyze system behavior and performance.
Document and report test findings with clarity and precision to stakeholders.

Additional Duties

Possess knowledge across multiple technologies and grasp architectural and design basics.
Understand testing tools and agile methodologies to support project lifecycles.
Familiarity with estimation techniques and quality assurance processes.
Comprehend business domains to align testing with client requirements.
Exhibit solid analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Adhere to software quality assurance principles, SOLID design, and modeling methods.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Qualifications

Academic credentials in Computer Science or related fields such as BTech, BCA, B.E., BSc, MCA, MSc, or MTech.
5 to 15 years of documented experience in performance testing.
Expertise in Load Runner and JMeter.
Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret complex data.

Candidates with degrees in B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or B.Sc. in any specialization are encouraged to apply.
