About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized individual to fill the role of Planner within our Winchester WPS team. This role is crucial to organizing and coordinating multi-skilled engineers and managing the supply chain to ensure exemplary daily service delivery.

Responsibilities

Efficiently scheduling diaries to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency
Generating performance reports to monitor progress accurately
Overseeing work-in-progress to ensure targets are met
Maintaining clear and professional communication with both clients and internal teams
Providing scheduling support to supervisors and on-site teams
Identifying potential improvements and proposing viable solutions
Managing customer queries with professionalism
Ensuring that all planning activities comply with health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills

Proficient in Excel and other IT applications
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
Commercially aware with a customer-oriented approach
Experienced in reporting and diary management
Possession of a clean driving license is an advantage
