Price Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Price Manager based in Pakistan who will collaborate closely with sales, domain, and commercial teams. The focus of this position is to drive profitable growth, enhance commercial value, and ensure strategic consistency between local actions and global priorities. As part of the Customer Unit, you will be responsible for steering pricing strategies, developing joint business proposals, and leading vital initiatives that shape Ericsson's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and manage pricing approaches for hardware, software, and services.
• Perform benchmarking and market trend evaluations to sustain competitive market positioning.
• Develop and maintain business cases in partnership with sales, domain, and commercial stakeholders.
• Lead the pricing approval workflow ensuring compliance with global practices.
• Advise on contractual terms, cash flow forecasts, profitability analysis, and risk management.
• Maintain and control customer pricing sheets, discount frameworks, and incentive programs.
• Participate in initiatives focused on advancing pricing through analytics, automation, and digital tools.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least six years of professional experience in sectors like Telecommunications, IT, Networking, or Digital Services.
• Understanding of the telecom market and relevant stakeholders within Pakistan.
• Strong financial literacy including expertise in constructing business cases.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Proven experience in direct negotiations with customers, stakeholder engagement, and managing commercial operations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
