About the Role

We are offering a compelling opportunity to join a global leader in the midst of one of the largest procurement transformation initiatives ever undertaken. As a key member of the Procurement Operations & Excellence team, you will spearhead continuous improvement efforts, refine procurement processes, and promote best practices within a global procurement environment. Your role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership to shape the future operating model, boost efficiency, and elevate Procurement's status as a valued strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives focused on procurement excellence and continuous improvement across the global procurement function.
  • Develop and refine procurement processes, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of procurement tools, systems, and digital solutions to streamline operations.
  • Design, implement, and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for increased efficiency, compliance adherence, and enhanced value delivery.
  • Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to instill best practices and support new working methodologies.
  • Assist in refining operating models and contribute to broader procurement transformation programs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement operations, procurement excellence, or continuous improvement within complex organizational settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement workflows, governance frameworks, and performance management techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead change and influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement technologies and Source-to-Pay platforms such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle is a plus.
  • A university degree is required; professional qualifications such as CIPS or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
