Role Overview
As a Product Engineer / Software Developer at acemate, you will take charge of developing and scaling the product by collaborating closely with the founding team. Your role involves understanding user needs through direct interaction, rapidly implementing functional features, and continuously iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with users to extract pain points and translate them into actionable development tasks without relying on extensive documentation.
- Prototype and deliver live UI features efficiently, focusing on working code over static design mockups.
- Utilize analytics tools to identify user experience issues and resolve them promptly.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of new features, including architecture, coding, and deployment.
- Design and refine AI-driven functionalities to offer impactful, engaging experiences beyond basic chatbot implementations.
- Adopt an iterative development process of rapid release and learning.
Technical Stack
- Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- Database: Supabase with PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure: Cloudflare services (Workers, Pages, Workflows, R2, KV), Google Cloud (Gemini, Cloud Run)
- Monitoring and Tools: Sentry, Langfuse, PostHog, Stripe
