Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the AI-native Agentic Commerce product area, managing all phases from discovery and specification to delivery and adoption, ensuring clear commercial impact.
• Decide where AI and agent applications enhance customer value, determining appropriate scope and use cases for AI in the product.
• Establish and uphold quality standards to manage non-deterministic behaviors, including setting metrics and continuous improvement before releases.
• Translate traditional human workflows into AI- or agent-driven processes while maintaining necessary human control elements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience with a proven ability to deliver commercial value through product launches.
• Deep familiarity with AI integration across the software development lifecycle, utilizing AI tooling judiciously for discovery, prototyping, evaluation, and launch.
• Experience owning at least one AI-powered product that has progressed from concept to production and usage by end users.
• Preferred background in developing agentic or agent-interfacing products which autonomously perform tasks or make decisions on behalf of users.
• Proficiency in evaluation methodologies, including designing evaluation datasets, interpreting offline metrics, and recognizing potential deployment pitfalls beyond demos.
• Technical understanding sufficient to discuss AI model trade-offs, latency issues, tooling, and data needs effectively with engineering teams.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in B2B or B2C commerce platforms or marketplace environments.

Additional Information

Applicants must provide demonstrable evidence of AI product work that has delivered tangible commercial benefits—such as a live product, prototype, or demo video. Written descriptions or screenshots are insufficient.

Strong preference is given to those with agentic capability development experience, where AI agents perform autonomous actions with decision-making abilities.

If direct evidence from prior roles is unavailable, candidates are encouraged to build and present a relevant product or prototype. Applications lacking clear evidence of product ownership will not be considered.
