Role overview
We are hiring a Program Manager to coordinate and lead major initiatives that span multiple teams and functions. The person in this role will partner with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to keep programs moving on schedule, aligned with business priorities, and delivered to a high standard. Success in this position calls for disciplined program execution, strong cross-team leadership, and the ability to create alignment in a fast-changing environment.
What you will do
- Lead the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs, from planning through execution and final delivery.
- Turn business goals into practical plans, timelines, and milestone-based roadmaps.
- Set the program’s scope, performance measures, schedule, and key dependencies.
- Spot risks early, address disagreements, and clear obstacles that could delay delivery.
- Share updates, priorities, and challenges with senior leaders and collaborating teams in a clear way.
- Work with product and engineering leadership to make sure execution supports strategic objectives.
- Strengthen coordination across distributed teams and maintain smooth operational alignment.
- Improve the way programs are managed by refining processes, tools, and governance practices.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in program management or project management within a technology-focused company or fast-scaling startup.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale or cross-functional initiatives from launch to completion.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills, along with experience using analytics to support decisions, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services or financial products is an added advantage.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
