About the Role

As a Talent Management Program Manager, you will spearhead initiatives that support how employees and managers set goals, provide feedback, review performance, develop talent, and advance careers. You will collaborate closely with Human Resources Business Partners, Learning & Development, Human Resources Information Systems, and People Analytics teams to enrich the talent experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive talent management programs and processes.
- Establish an interconnected talent system linking objectives, feedback, performance appraisals, talent reviews, and growth opportunities.
- Create scalable solutions, tools, and experiences that enhance employee development and organizational efficiency.
- Work with HR Business Partners and leaders to cultivate a culture focused on accountability, coaching, and ongoing feedback.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technological advancements to improve talent practices and experiences.
- Explore AI-powered and innovative approaches to make talent data insights easily accessible and actionable.
- Lead change management initiatives and engage key stakeholders to foster adoption and continual enhancement of talent programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Programs, HR Business Partnership, or a related discipline.
- Proven success designing and managing talent initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, and employee development projects.
- Strong program and project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
- Skillful in leveraging talent data and analytics to inform decisions and drive meaningful improvements.
- Familiarity with AI-driven HR technologies and an eagerness to implement innovative tools that optimize user experiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and change management abilities.
- Capability to combine strategic insight with operational execution in a dynamic, fast-moving context.

The salary range for this full-time position in the United States is between 116,000 and 145,000 USD annually, supplemented by bonuses, equity, and applicable benefits. Compensation depends on the role, seniority, location, skills, experience, and education. Massachusetts law prohibits the use of lie detector tests as employment conditions or requirements, with violations subject to legal consequences.
