Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced End User Programme Manager to spearhead delivery of critical workplace technology and operational preparedness projects. The successful candidate will be accountable for guaranteeing the organisation is fully equipped from Day One, implementing robust support frameworks, processes, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading Service Management efforts covering Service Desk and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Overseeing End User Computing and workplace technology services.
• Managing Microsoft ecosystem and end-user productivity tools.
• Planning and executing operational readiness activities.
• Ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining end-user satisfaction throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Coordinating a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver support processes, governance, and seamless service transitions.

Requirements and Skills

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale End User Computing or Workplace Technology programmes.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Service Management, including Service Desk operations and ServiceNow platforms.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft-focused technology projects.
• Ability to drive operational readiness and service transition activities effectively.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
• Robust programme leadership experience in complex enterprise settings.
• Adept at balancing project delivery timelines with business continuity and user experience objectives.
• Desirable qualifications include previous Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration experience, involvement in greenfield initiatives or organisational setups, and experience enabling Day One operational readiness for major transformation efforts.
