About the Role
We are seeking a temporary, full-time Clerical Administrator to join the Project Management Office (PMO) within the National Finance & Procurement Division located in Carrickmines, Dublin. This role supports the Finance Reform Programme (FRP) and the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project, providing essential administrative and coordination assistance to a significant national transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme documentation and maintain accurate records and project trackers.
- Coordinate reporting activities and assist with governance processes.
- Organize and schedule meetings effectively among programme managers, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage various project systems ensuring timely and organized information flow.
Required Skills and Experience
- Background in providing administrative support within projects, programmes, or organizational change settings.
- Strong capabilities in document management, reporting, and coordination.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Additional Information
This position demands working onsite five days a week at the Dublin location, offering 35 hours per week at an annual salary of €36,470. The contract is temporary with potential extension until December 2027.
