About Siddhivinayak Enterprises
Siddhivinayak Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Project Head to oversee its facility management projects based in Pune. This leadership role involves ensuring smooth operational workflows across projects, maintaining strong client relations, managing manpower effectively, and upholding high standards of service quality within established company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of multiple facility management projects.
- Lead and supervise Project Managers, Executives, Supervisors, and the onsite teams to ensure cohesive functioning.
- Ensure optimal deployment of manpower and maintain superior service quality standards.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, proactively addressing any escalations.
- Track project performance metrics, control budgets, and prepare accurate reports.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and all statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with departments such as HR, Payroll, and Finance for seamless project execution.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduate degree required; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of three years' experience in Facility Management or Operations.
- Excellent leadership qualities combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the ability to generate detailed reports.
