Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager is entrusted with guiding and overseeing projects through every stage—from initial planning through to successful completion—ensuring that all project goals are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budgetary constraints. This role entails collaboration across teams and stakeholders, proactive risk management, and continuous monitoring of execution quality, all aimed at achieving peak operational effectiveness and excellence in project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress to guarantee timely completion within approved scope.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, senior leadership, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks inherent to the project, formulate mitigation strategies, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Oversee budget management, allocation of resources, and evaluate project performance indicators.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and project governance frameworks.
• Compile and present regular project status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and meet project objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of practical experience in project management roles.
• Holding recognized certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is strongly favored.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform efficiently under pressure.
