About the Role and Company
H2 Performance Consulting operates as a federal contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Act, committed to creating employment opportunities for veterans and fostering workforce diversity. This position supports the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Job Corps by providing oversight for the national Health & Wellness Program. The role involves policy execution, ensuring compliance, quality enhancement, technical support, assessments, reporting, and engagement with government partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract management activities and act as the chief liaison for stakeholders
- Direct quality assurance processes, manage staffing, oversee reporting, mitigate risks, implement policies, and maintain communication with clients
- Supervise Subject Matter Experts and Program Analysts
- Handle deliverable management and drive ongoing quality improvements
- Compile monthly reports, attend relevant meetings, provide technical guidance, and foster continuous enhancement efforts
Qualifications
- Possession of a degree from a recognized institution
- Over ten years of experience managing residential or health-related programs with responsibilities including strategic planning, quality improvement, policy review, and data oversight
- Ability to obtain and keep a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Experience
- Background in federal program management, including familiarity with Job Corps, WIOA, Department of Labor initiatives, or public health sectors
