Overview
Join our innovative team as a Project Manager/Client Manager, where you'll lead digital initiatives like websites, booking platforms, and mobile applications tailored for the hospitality sector. We focus on supporting hotels by enhancing their booking rates and guest experience through cutting-edge technology solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client requirements into actionable project tasks.
- Analyze client needs, propose additional offerings, and hold discussions to refine project goals.
- Manage project schedules, coordinate tasks to meet deadlines, and diligently track progress.
- Ensure seamless execution of project requirements by both clients and team members.
- Participate actively in operational functions and assist the CEO with organizational duties.
- Contribute to the development and future planning of our confidential stealth-mode product.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Some prior experience in project management or client servicing, particularly within digital product environments such as websites, booking systems, or apps.
- A keen interest and understanding of technology; programming knowledge is not mandatory, but familiarity with APIs and online booking technologies is advantageous.
- Organized, methodical working style with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills combined with enthusiasm for collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity about the hospitality industry; while prior experience is a plus, it is not essential.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
