직무 설명
Role overview
The Quality Coordinator role supports client-facing work and internal operations across sites between Cork and Dublin. You will partner closely with R&A managers and other senior leaders in Ireland to strengthen quality standards, keep processes consistent, and improve overall service delivery.
What you will do
- Track quality control activity and help maintain effective quality management practices.
- Support quality audits and ensure work aligns with both company and client expectations.
- Review data, spot recurring patterns, and suggest practical improvements.
- Prepare quality-related documents, records, and reports.
- Share findings with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams on corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the business.
- Support and liaise with management teams across the Ireland business and join management meetings when required.
- Attend internal, customer, and industry meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on knowledge of quality control and quality management methods.
- Experience conducting or supporting quality audits and working with data to improve outcomes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with quality systems or frameworks such as ISO or comparable continuous improvement approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and good organization for handling documentation and multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and coordinate with international, cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in quality coordination, operations, or process improvement; background in professional services or recruitment is an advantage.
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, operations, or quality management, or equivalent practical experience.
