About the Role
Al Motamakena Al Arabia Trading & Contracting Company is seeking to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves working closely with project teams to manage quantity estimation and cost control tasks within construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for construction projects.
- Review and verify payment certificates to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with project teams to support project requirements.
- Interpret and analyze engineering drawings accurately.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Have 1 to 3 years of professional experience specifically in quantity surveying.
- Proficient in reading and understanding engineering blueprints and schematics.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD software applications.
