Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist for a client to serve as the initial contact for visitors and callers, providing a courteous and professional welcome that reflects the organization's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and receive visitors, arrange bookings if needed, and direct them to the correct person or department.
- Accept small parcel deliveries and notify recipients accordingly.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to appropriate extensions or departments, and connect callers to relevant contacts.
- Record and relay messages, prioritize urgent matters, and ensure timely escalation when necessary.
- Assist occasionally with parking and taxi coordination if applicable.
- Manage issuance and collection of visitor security badges as required.
- Perform basic clerical duties or simple typing tasks during available time.
- Act as the organization's representative with professionalism, tact, and discretion at all times.
Requirements
- Completed high school education.
- Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
- A strong customer service orientation coupled with professional demeanor.
- Capable of handling front desk responsibilities calmly, accurately, and with close attention to detail.
