About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. This position suits a professional, organized individual who excels at creating a welcoming environment and supporting daily office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional front desk atmosphere.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately.
- Organize meeting room schedules and manage visitor coordination.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and deliveries.
- Keep the reception area orderly and presentable.
- Provide administrative assistance such as filing, data entry, and managing documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to aid daily office operations.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange for maintenance when required.
- Safeguard confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Have 2 to 3 years experience in roles such as Receptionist, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic with good command of English communication.
