Reference File Maintainer

About The Role

IQVIA is seeking a Reference File Maintainer to manage the acquisition, handling, and preparation of data received from various suppliers. The position involves receiving, identifying, and logging incoming data while ensuring it is routed correctly through IQVIA’s acquisition platforms following established procedures. The candidate will operate under supervision to guarantee data is formatted suitably for system input.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and identify data coming from suppliers, maintaining accurate logs.
• Supply blank media back to data providers as necessary.
• Facilitate the secure and proper transfer of data through acquisition platforms compliant with operational guidelines.
• Conduct preliminary volume assessments to verify data quantity is reasonable.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of High School or an equivalent qualification.
• Generally requires at least 2 years of related experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
• Working knowledge of standard systems and procedures acquired through prior education or job roles.

Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with Windows-based PC applications, IQVIA mainframe tools, and other third-party software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Precision in following instructions and managing workload under tight deadlines and fluctuating volumes.
• Competency in adhering to established protocols to address routine operational tasks.
• Understanding of workflows and processes related to diverse audit types.
