Job Overview
The role involves delivering comprehensive training programs to Relationship Officers to enhance their job knowledge and skill set, primarily focusing on recruitment and sales abilities through periodic workshops.
Challenges
The incumbent must ensure the completion of the stipulated number of training days to maximize coverage and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly perform training needs analyses to identify effective and relevant training solutions that enhance individual and team capabilities, thereby improving business outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Regional Managers to recognize training requirements customized to business demands and individual development plans, prioritizing accordingly.
- Ensure that all training materials, documentation, and manuals comply with brand standards and guidelines.
- Design, develop, and implement continuous training programs with suitable learning tools to boost performance and fully leverage the potential of teams.
- Work closely with the regional sales team to standardize learning methodologies and precisely identify training needs.
Additional Information
Previous experience in training within the financial sector is preferred.
