Digital Moviola is currently seeking a detail-oriented and committed Remote Data Entry Representative to join their team full-time. The role centers on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of organizational data, supporting their mission to leverage incentives, data, and behavioral science to promote health and well-being. This position is fully remote, allowing employees to work flexibly from home.
Responsibilities
- Precisely enter, update, and maintain extensive data sets in company databases and computer systems.
- Inspect data for inconsistencies or errors and rectify any discrepancies while verifying output quality.
- Perform routine data verification and cleaning to uphold data accuracy and completeness.
- Produce reports, save completed tasks in appropriate locations, and execute backup procedures to safeguard data.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly in line with data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with colleagues to maintain data uniformity and assist various departments with data-related tasks.
- Comply with company-specific data management guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience in data entry or a comparable role.
- Exceptional typing abilities with high accuracy and acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of data management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills suitable for independent remote work.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- High ethical standards with a sound understanding of data confidentiality requirements.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
