Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-focused Custom Research Analyst or Senior Analyst with solid experience in market research, advertising effectiveness evaluations, survey research, media analytics, and client reporting. This position requires managing full custom research projects involving feasibility assessment, survey design, coordination with vendors, supervision of fieldwork, data quality checks, cross-tabulation, brand lift assessment, audience insight derivation, and presenting findings suitable for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead custom/bespoke research projects from initial analysis to final reporting.
- Create surveys and establish methodologies tailored for client needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and monitor fieldwork to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct data validation and detailed cross-tab analyses.
- Measure brand lift and perform audience insight evaluations.
- Prepare client-ready presentations and reports with clear insights.
Candidate Profile
- Expertise in survey methods, data analysis, and research reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience working under service level agreements in fast-paced, client-facing settings.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Familiarity with advertising research, media measurement, customer insights, or marketing analytics is an advantage.
