Position Overview
As a Retail Store Auditor based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for performing both scheduled and surprise inspections across dark store facilities to maintain rigorous inventory and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out audits on various aspects including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Confirm the accuracy of physical inventory compared to system records, identifying any mismatches or discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on shrinkage, damages, product expiries, and other inventory-related losses, proposing solutions to mitigate these issues.
- Compile detailed audit reports outlining observations, root cause analyses, and suggestions for operational enhancements.
- Follow up on identified issues to guarantee timely resolution and closure of audit action points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain to bolster compliance and process improvements.
- Track and communicate key audit metrics regularly to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving overall operational efficiency through process refinement.
