About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Revit BIM Modeler to develop clean and standards-adherent Revit models ranging from LOD 200 to 400 and assist in clash detection processes for our international construction clientele. This role is based onsite at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, and involves engagement with projects across the US, Gulf, and Pakistan. Every submission you create undergoes thorough senior review to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
- Create architectural and structural Revit models in alignment with project-level of detail standards.
- Adhere to client-specific BIM execution procedures, including following naming standards and shared coordinate systems.
- Generate project documentation such as sheets, schedules, and quantity takeoffs directly from the Revit models.
- Assist in conducting clash detection using Navisworks and support the implementation of identified resolutions.
- Provide weekly updates on model development accompanied by detailed change logs.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in Revit modeling (beyond academic learning).
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and detailing conventions effectively.
- Experience with collaborative workflows and worksharing in Revit.
- A portfolio demonstrating personally produced models or sheets must be submitted with the application.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to Navisworks Manage and MEP modeling processes.
- Basic knowledge of Dynamo scripting.
- Experience with scan-to-BIM workflows.
