About the Company

Role and Responsibilities
- Design electronic systems, subsystems, circuit cards, and assemblies for products.
- Engage in hands-on analog circuit design using components such as operational amplifiers, transistors, and DC/DC converters.
- Design RF components, including high power amplifiers, transmitters, and receivers, operating up to 6 GHz frequency.
- Utilize knowledge of RF measurement techniques and test instrumentation.
- Interpret customer requirements to develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Produce comprehensive documentation encompassing functional, technical, and design aspects.
- Coordinate and manage collaboration with PCB designers, mechanical engineers, firmware developers, sourcing personnel, and testers.
- Develop prototypes to validate designs.
- Create documentation for design, manufacturing, and repair processes.
- Develop test jigs and fixtures to support testing activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- At least five years of experience in RF design with a focus on amplifiers, synthesizers, filters, and preferably antennas.
- Background in electronics product industries, such as defense or telecommunications.
- Educational qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Communications, or related fields with a minimum of 65% marks.
- Willingness to relocate to the company R&D center located in Mohali.
- Availability for client site visits as required.
