직무 설명
Role Overview
Become a vital member of Saudi Ground Services (SGS) focusing on maintaining exemplary safety, quality, and operational compliance standards within the airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough safety and quality inspections across various operational areas including ramp, terminal, baggage handling, and fleet management.
- Ensure adherence to SGS internal policies, procedural guidelines, and mandated regulatory standards.
- Recognize potential hazards, conduct detailed risk evaluations, and formally report any safety issues identified.
- Carry out investigations into operational incidents and assist in developing and implementing corrective measures.
- Track and evaluate safety performance metrics and compile detailed inspection reports.
- Collaborate proactively with operations teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance overall safety and quality benchmarks.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Safety Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in aviation, ground handling services, safety oversight, or quality control operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), risk analysis techniques, and incident investigation processes.
