Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ to join our Identity & Access Management team. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting identity governance frameworks while working alongside cross-functional teams to convert complex technical needs into business-centric solutions.
- Develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IIQ components such as workflows, roles, policies, and rules to facilitate enterprise identity governance.
- Manage connectors like Web Service, JDBC, and Active Directory to streamline identity data integration.
- Create and tailor forms, workflows, and provisioning plans according to business specifications and compliance standards.
- Execute and oversee Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows for accurate and timely access provisioning and removal.
- Identify and fix provisioning errors, connector complications, and system-level issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with IT, security, and business units to gather requirements and build scalable IAM solutions.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration instructions, and process maps targeted at both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist with access reviews, certification processes, and audit activities to ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
- Four to five years of practical experience working with SailPoint IIQ.
- Applicant must be a Saudi national.
- Hands-on experience with connectors including Web Service, JDBC, and Active Directory.
- Proficient in developing and customizing forms and workflows within SailPoint IIQ.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving provisioning and system issues.
- Good understanding of JML lifecycle processes as implemented in SailPoint IIQ.
- Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams and translating technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Exceptional documentation and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Additional Qualifications
- Possession of SailPoint IIQ certifications is an advantage and will be positively regarded.
