Position Overview

As a Sales Associate at Spencer's located in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services aligned with company standards. This role requires active support of the Store Management Team by driving sales and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and assist customers effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation through housekeeping duties.
• Perform merchandising, signage updates, and product pricing tasks.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
• Implement loss prevention measures complying with all company policies.

Requirements and Work Conditions

• Must be at least 17 years old to qualify for this role.
• Physical work demands include climbing ladders and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during a shift.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 depending on qualifications and experience.
