Overview
Genius Bridge Technologies LLC, based in Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to enhance business growth. The position is full-time with a night shift schedule. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mentality, and enthusiasm for sales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively reach potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Create new business opportunities and keep a robust sales funnel active.
- Assess client needs and suggest appropriate services.
- Deliver product and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate pricing details and finalize sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Keep precise sales records, client communications, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Meet defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market prospects.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines is required.
- Between zero to two years of professional experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal capabilities and negotiation skills.
- Self-starting, target-oriented mindset with eagerness to acquire new knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Additional valuable skills include confident presentation abilities, teamwork, problem-solving acumen, efficient time management, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
