About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business development in industrial sales for refractory materials and fabrication projects with UB ENGG GLOBAL PROJECTS PVT. LTD. The position involves generating new business leads by visiting industrial clients and factories in Ludhiana and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for refractory materials and industrial fabrication projects.
- Visit factories and industrial clients to build relationships and understand their requirements.
- Engage with Purchase Managers, Plant Heads, and Maintenance teams to promote products and projects.
- Market products such as Fire Bricks, Castables, Ceramic Blanket, Fire Cement, and more.
- Generate inquiries related to Chimneys, Tanks, Ducting, Air Pollution Control (APH), structures, and shutdown projects.
- Regularly prepare reports on daily visits and follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the office team to prepare quotations and ensure smooth order execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is preferred.
- Understanding of industrial products will be advantageous.
