About the Role
Nassguard is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Engineer to join our dedicated team in Qatar. The role involves generating new business leads, nurturing strong client relationships, and effectively marketing our comprehensive range of industrial safety products, personal protective equipment (PPE), lifting devices, welding tools, and engineering solutions to a broad spectrum of industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Qatar market.
- Market and sell industrial safety equipment, PPE, lifting tools, MEP, and engineering products.
- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients and critical decision-makers.
- Conduct client visits to comprehend their needs and suggest appropriate products or solutions.
- Develop quotations, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer purchase orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt delivery and satisfactory customer service.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product releases.
- Generate sales reports and accurately update CRM databases.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in Qatar, ideally within industrial, safety, MEP, or engineering product sectors.
- Valid driving license issued in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Highly self-driven with strong skills in managing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with PPE, industrial safety products, lifting gear, or engineering solutions is beneficial.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is preferred.
- Capable of working independently and consistently achieving sales targets.
