About the Role
Sea-Air Maritime is expanding and seeking motivated professionals to join our team in Delhi-NCR. Ideal candidates possess experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Recently graduated individuals specializing in Shipping & Logistics Management may be considered for entry-level sales positions.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Leverage an existing client database to create new business opportunities.
- Build and lead teams effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Demonstrate strong communication and persuasive skills to negotiate successfully.
- Attain sales targets with potential earnings up to five times the base salary.
Requirements
- Proven track record in independently generating business.
- Strong target-driven mindset with the ability to exceed goals significantly.
- Excellent negotiation and communication capabilities.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.
