Overview
This position involves making outbound telesales calls promoting TATA AIA insurance products, aiming to build customer trust and convert leads into sales while adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients to present and explain insurance products clearly.
- Establish a rapport with customers to encourage purchasing decisions and maintain records in the CRM.
- Meet specified daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Respond appropriately to customer inquiries and coordinate with the telesales team to reach shared objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and insurance regulations.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
- Minimum education is completion of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
- Demonstrated ability in persuasive communication and resilience in managing rejection with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in telesales, insurance sales, or voice-based BPO roles is advantageous.
